The Sang Royal

Today I will talk about the absolutely new for us topic. I touch upon this topic not by chance. It is new for the comprehension, but it has a very long history. It is about the monarchy and what it really is. Do not think, that this topic is not important for you. It is important for each and every and for the development too.

The monarchy is not about the inherited privileged position, royal inheritance and legacy. It is the way of thinking, the way of behaviour, the art of leadership, the art of creation. The true monarchy is not inherited. It is earned by the honest and due service to those, who were intrusted to you and by whom you were put to your position.

It does not matter that your ancestors earned the title of monarch through due and honest services. It does not grant you this title – it is all thanks to them. But if you improve and strengthen their legacy through the due and honest service, then you deserve this title. But if you do nothing, if you destroy and degrade your legacy, no one will show you respect.

The Sang Royal is not the simple succession to the throne and it never was. When it was such, it did nothing good to the society. The Sang Royal is the designation that earned through proper actions and due service of those, whom you lead.

It designates true world leaders: social, religious, political and business leaders. The true monarchy stems from the society and is born by the society. The key purpose is to create the order from the chaos.

To rise and lead, one needs to come down first. Is the monarchy dead? No, the monarchy cannot disappear, it can only develop and transform. The Sang Royal cannot be inherited – it must be earned. To earn it, you must walk the whole way up.
